Global Processing Management website

As part of the in-house design team at Stoneforest (M) Sdn. Bhd., I contributed to the development of a centralized web application that unifies HR tasks across Southeast Asian countries. This all-in-one platform was built to streamline critical functions such as payroll, leave tracking, and employee management — delivering a seamless experience for HR professionals across the region.

Challanges & Solutions

One of the key challenges was designing a layout that could adapt to different HR regulations and content formats depending on the country. To address this, I implemented modular UI components that could dynamically adjust to varying data inputs. Another challenge was ensuring that the visual output in the browser was consistent with the mockups, which I managed by working directly with developers to fine-tune the CSS and resolve design inconsistencies during QA sessions.

The HR platform was successfully approved and developed and has since become a core tool within the organization for managing HR operations across the region. The design received positive feedback from stakeholders for its clarity, responsiveness, and ease of use. The project not only improved the efficiency of HR processes but also established a design framework that can be extended for future enhancements.
